Wellbeing through music is such an easy way now that we all have access to phones or laptops mostly.It is noninvasive and hence more calming to get started.Combining a few ragas with positive affirmative Chantings is an absolute strong Coffee for the soul.If one likes pure instrumental melody that is divine too. One can add this to their already existing schedule of medication . Artists compositions that I listen to often and are usually in Ragas only - Late MS Subbalakshmi, Shri M Nagaphani Sharma, Shri T M Krishna, Shri Shankar Mahadevan, Shrimati Kaushiki Chakraborthy to name a few. Go ahead make your own cocktail of music and enjoy the ongoing bliss.
A Day wise schedule to get started may be something like this :
Sunday      - Aditya Hrudayam
Monday     - Nirvana Shatakam 
Tuesday     - Lalita sahasranamam, Sri Subramanya Karavalambam 
Wednesday- Ganesha Mantras, Vishnu Sahasranamam
Thursday   -  Guru Dakshina murthy Mantram, Hayagreeva Stotram
Friday        - Kanakadhara Stotram 
Saturday    - Navagraham Stotram
